It’s Now Easier Than Ever to Find Answers to Your Medicare Questions on Medicare Interactive

Medicare Interactive (MI), an online resource developed by the Medicare Rights Center, is the go-to source of Medicare information for almost 3 million people each year. In an effort to streamline MI content, the Education team at the Medicare Rights Center started an in-depth process last year to overhaul over 400 pages of Medicare information in the popular “Get Answers” section of the website.

Using feedback from MI users across the country and our own Medicare experts, we have rewritten and reorganized the entire section to ensure that it is easy to navigate and understand. After removing redundant information and rewriting each page for clarity, we were able to reduce the amount of subsections from 12 to 10 and there are now closer to 300 pages, instead of over 400. As a result, it is now easier to find all the information that was on Medicare Interactive previously, as well as new content on topics like observation services, qualified medical expenses, and more.

Medicare Rights is dedicated to providing people with Medicare and the professionals who serve them with clear, accurate, and up-to-date Medicare information. We are continually looking for ways improve MI, and your feedback is important to us. Let us know how we are doing by filling a short survey. You can also find a survey at the bottom of any answer page.[x_line style=”border-top-width: 1px;”]Your generosity ensures that Medicare Interactive (MI) remains a free, up-to-date resource for millions of people with Medicare and their families and caregivers each year.[x_button size=”global” block=”false” circle=”false” icon_only=”false” href=”https://www.medicareinteractive.org/donate?track=get-answers-relaunch-2018″ title=”” target=”” info=”none” info_place=”top” info_trigger=”hover” info_content=””]Donate Today[/x_button]
