About Medicare Rights

[x_video_embed no_container=”true” type=”16:9″][/x_video_embed]The Medicare Rights Center is a national, nonprofit consumer service organization that works to ensure access to affordable health care for older adults and people with disabilities through counseling and advocacy, educational programs and public policy initiatives. Since 1989, we’ve helped people with Medicare understand their rights and benefits, navigate the Medicare system and secure the quality health care they deserve.

We are the largest and most reliable independent source of Medicare information and assistance in the United States. Our free, online reference tool, Medicare Interactive,  receives two million visits per year and helps older adults and people with disabilities navigate the complex world of health insurance.
